Creating the World We Want to Live in
An Embodied NVC Practice

With Jacqueline Muller

Wednesday, August 22nd, 6 - 9 PM

Freedom lies between the ability to pause between stimulus and response.

The Embodied NVC Practice: In these classes we will engage in transformative, restorative, and empowering NVC processes that have supported and resourced my yearning for clarity, deep learning, and agency over many years. These embodied practices will illuminate habitual patterns, develop skills that support understanding and compassion, and strengthen our ability to pause and choose how to respond and engage with life's happenings. These 2 classes will build on each other.

For whom: All who want to dive into embodied, transformational NVC practices and revitalize their lives.

Pre-requisite:: To have a foundational understanding of NVC.

Suggested reading:: Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life by Marshall B. Rosenberg.

Class capacity: 10 participants

Jacqueline Muller, CNVC Certified Trainer and co-founder of the Rocky Mountain Compassionate Communication Network, has developed a grounded NVC practice rooted in her learning to say YES to her own challenges in life. She has worked with a diversity of people and groups in search of authentic expression and honest communication for 25 years. Her passion for justice and opportunities for all gives her teaching gusto and depth.
