Coming Alive Together!

With Beth Eldridge and Jacqueline Muller

Saturday, April 13, 6-9 PM

Would you enjoy generating more vitality and enthusiasm in your everyday life?
Are you wanting to feel a deeper connection with family and friends?
Are you longing to reignite creativity and meaning in your work or community?

Nonviolent Communication offers a dynamic framework in which curiosity is awakened and creativity is restored. In developing communication skills and practical tools to dance with life’s rhythms, we enliven ourselves and engage in relationships with honesty, care, and compassion.

In this workshop, we’ll use reflective, interactive, and kinesthetic practices to tap into our inner wisdom, to embody our birthright to be wholly human.
With these practices we will learn to:

  • Prioritize and clarify what really matters
  • Listen for deep understanding
  • Reveal our innate gifts
  • Value ourselves equally with others

When we cultivate these capacities, we create an abundant and inclusive world. Join us in our journey to authentically embrace life together, creating an empowered, compassionate community!

Beth Eldridge is a relationship and communication facilitator, mindful hiking guide, and life coach sharing nonviolent communication and mindfulness. Beth has been practicing Compassionate Empowered Communication and mindfulness since 2005.
